Hello, and Welcome to my blog.
Your probably wondering where the title "Squeakie Doodle's" came from...
It's kind of a long story, but to narrow it down... When I was a child and I doodled a lot in art, always drawing on every pc. of paper I could get my hands on. Apparently I also talked a lot. I don't remember talking a lot but apparently my dad thought so - so he called me "Squeakie Doodle".
It's funny, as I am not a talker now - and prefer to remain relatively quiet in my own little world of crafting, sewing and enjoying my pets. But I do tend to find myself rambling along when I write emails or post to my blogs at times.
I have another blog called "The Grateful Stitcher" - dedicated mostly to quilting, machine embroidery and my own personal hobbies in the fiber world and I have a Wix website called " D.Zine Works ", which is dedicated to mostly my digital work and my love of making things for dogs and cats. It's a kind of storefront of sorts, but I still hope to add some cute pet related gift baskets, embroidered pillows and beds, and of course, some mini-albums. Which is why this blog was born.
I have had an interest for some time in making some mini albums for my own pets and so recently I set out acquiring supplies to get started. I've made some quick practice runs of which I'm very pleased, and am ready to start making the actual albums. Learning something new takes time and a lot of thought, so it's been a slow process getting my first Mini completed. I had so many idea's (to many) that at first it just became overwhelming.
Finally I settled on making a small wallet size mini - and I'll share more on it when I get it finished and photo's taken.
